GLOSSARY LETTER
Dual class Shares are ordinary Shares in a company which carry different voting rights. These are Shares issued against the common principle – one Share equals one voting right. Companies can issue Multiple voting shares, subordinate voting Shares, restricted voting Shares and Non-voting shares.
